Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
A “major failure” includes when the product:

 * is significantly different from the description, sample or demonstration model.
 * is substantially unfit for its common purpose and cannot easily be made fit within a reasonable time.
 * does not do what you asked for and cannot easily be fixed within a reasonable time.

2. No Change of Mind Returns
Please choose carefully. Smart Lock Shop Australia does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This includes situations where you:
 * Ordered the wrong product.
 * No longer need the product.
 * Found a cheaper product elsewhere.
 * Are dissatisfied with the product but it is not faulty.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items (Australian Consumer Law Guarantees)
